my chest doesnt seem to burn ???

sup peoples im new here so first off ill say hope all is well with everyone ,

i train my chest twice a week , usually 3 exercises each an 3 - 4 sets per exercise , bench press 105 kg an been training again for about 6 weeks , (didnt train for a year)

but the thing is this , i work out hard , an during the exercise i push to the limit an always failure so i know im workin as hard as i can , i pull the elbows out slightly to contract mainly chest muscles in bench press to feel the burn so to say , but as soon as i put the bar down the pain goes an i dont feel an sensation at all , is this normal as the rest of my muscles feel tight for usually at least a day after but chest doesnt no matter how hard i work it ,

any advice will be much appreciated

    thanx in advance

    Dan

I suspect you're allowing your anterior delts and triceps do a lot of the work in your pressing movements. This is VERY common.

mixing up my routine helps here and there...but when I lift I try to in a sense flex at the peak of my bench really just concentrating on the muscle group...also shocking my muscle helps also...maybe do some drop sets or something of that nature...
