The easy way
The easy way out rarely is. Easy answers can be very attractive, and very dangerous. Difficult problems require solid effort and commitment. So do ambitious goals.
The danger of quick and easy solutions is that they cannot possibly address the fundamental, underlying challenges of the situation. In fact, taking the easy way out makes the situation worse. It may seem like the best choice at the moment, but it actually moves you backward instead of forward.
The more your actions are driven by expediency, the less effective they will be. One quick and easy solution will soon require another, and another, and after all that you'll be farther behind than when you started.
Rather than doing what is easy, do what is best. In the final analysis, that is truly the easiest way out.M O O N spells LBM

Better things to do
You cannot raise yourself up by putting others down. There is no real joy to be found in the misfortune of others. You have so many better things to do.
Those who resort to envy, gossip, spite and revenge primarily hurt themselves, though many others can, and often do, get hurt as well. Nothing of value is accomplished and the time spent on such negative pursuits can never be reclaimed, the damage never fully repaired. What a pitiful, tragic waste.
When you feel the urge to pull someone down, stop and ask yourself what it will gain you. Then turn that urge around. Redirect your energy. Find someone whom you can lift up. The value to yourself and your world will be infinitely greater. At every opportunity, put your precious time and effort where they will make a positive difference. You'll add true and lasting richness to your life.M O O N spells LBM

Find joy
Find joy in your work, and that work will bring abundant riches. Find joy in the people around you, and they'll lift you to incredible heights. Find joy in disciplined effort, and your accomplishments will be stupendous. Find joy in learning; your wisdom will carry you far and well.
Joy is not to be taken and hoarded. It is to be discovered and lived. Your joy comes not at someone else's permission or by way of their generosity, or at their expense. Your joy comes from your ability to extract and refine it from the perfectly normal and abundant circumstances in which you're immersed.
You can find joy in any moment, and you will be the richer for it. There's no need to wait for it. It is yours when you embrace it. And it is filled with power, with value.
Look for joy. Expect to find it. It is there. It is here. It is everywhere. It is yours to find, to build, to create and to live.M O O N spells LBM

Double your effort
Right now you can take one sure and steady step toward whatever you desire. It may not seem like much, yet for every step forward you take, you actually gain two steps. Why? Because at any point in time you have a choice. You can either move toward your goal or you can move away from it. Standing still is usually not an option. So when you move forward, you also avoid moving backward. That's a net gain of double your effort.
When you spend your time and effort today in moving forward, not only do you make progress, you also avoid having to play catch up tomorrow. Indeed, now is the time to act. The sooner you get started, the farther you can go and the more effective you'll be.
The choice is yours. You can act today and double your effectiveness, or you can wait until later and slice your effectiveness in half. This moment right now is yours to leverage in a powerful way. It's a great opportunity. Make it count!M O O N spells LBM

Every twist and turn
There is potential for joy in every moment, whatever the situation. The only reason your job is boring, is because you choose to see it as such. The only reason your neighbor is unpleasant, is because you think of him as such.
Accept what is. Find the good in everything that surrounds you. Nothing will ever make you happy, until you decide to be happy. Accept what is, and you have the ability to make it whatever you want. Nothing can make you happy, and yet you can make happiness from anything.
Struggle and strife, laughter and fun, tears and smiles are all part of the same incredibly lavish symphony that is life. The richness of being alive is never conditional. It won't all be fun, but would you really want it to be? Rejoice in every twist and turn of the path, because that is where the living is.M O O N spells LBM

Get results
Success depends on results. Not on your intentions. Not on your wishes. Not on how hard you "try."
Results are what count. When you consistently get results for others, you are in high demand. No employer wants to pay a salary, yet every employer is eager to buy results. No customer wants to pay the sales price, yet every customer wants to buy results.
Think in terms of results. Make sure that the end result is the goal of every action you take. What will be the result? Prioritize your efforts based on the results they will accomplish. Evaluate your actions based on their effectiveness.
What are you doing today? What results will that lead to? What could you be doing, that would be even more effective? Go for the results, focus on the results, work for the results, and you'll get them.M O O N spells LBM

You are more
You are more than the body you live in. You are more than the car you drive. You are more than the title on your business card. You are more than your past. You are more than your daily routine.
You are everything that you dare to imagine, filled with possibility. Your only limits are the ones you place on yourself. Think of the things you can do, the places you can go, the person you can be.
You are capable of greatness, of joy. You can love and laugh, create and build, think and choose, learn and grow, dream and accomplish. Now is the time to live your possibilities. Imagine how it could be, and go for it.M O O N spells LBM

Is it?
Watch out for "is." It can be very limiting. Thinking and saying that something "is" a certain way, puts you in danger of ignoring all the other possibilities.
When you make a statement like "this is impossible" it cuts off all your options. Many things which once were considered impossible have now become routine. Rather than concluding that "this is impossible" try asking "what would make this possible?"
The next time you find yourself saying "this is" or "they are" or "I am" consider that there may indeed be many other possibilities. Rephrase the statement into a question and observe how it opens your mind. Instead of saying "I am no good at selling" ask "How can I improve my selling skills?" Instead of thinking "I'm an expert at Java" ask "What more could I learn about Java?"
In a world where change is one of the few certainties, don't let yourself be trapped by "is." Open yourself to the possibilities.M O O N spells LBM

Peaceful determination
We usually think of determination as a very tense state, full of anxiety. When visualizing oneself as determined, it is common to grit one's teeth and become tense.
Consider, though, how much more powerful and effective a calm, peaceful determination would be, free of tension and anxiety. Imagine the great things you could accomplish if you were determined and committed without being consumed by apprehension.
Realize that whatever happens is for the best when you are fully committed to being your best. Although life will not unfold in the way you imagined, that does not prevent you from being precisely the person you want yourself to be.
Your true essence is completely detached from anything which could possibly cause tension or anxiety. Live with that thought from moment to moment, and you'll enjoy a calm, peaceful determination.M O O N spells LBM

Of course
Do you ever catch yourself saying "of course?"
"I stopped at the store to get some bread and of course they were all out. Jean just called and of course she won't be able to come to the meeting. I installed the new software and of course I can't figure out how to get it working."
When you say "of course" do you realize what it implies? That whatever you were expecting, is what actually happened. Of course. Do expectations create your reality? Of course they do.
So make a practice of expecting the best. "Of course the meeting will go well. Of course I'll understand this. Of course we can do that.
You'll rarely get more than you expect. Usually, you get exactly what you expect. So expect the very best.M O O N spells LBM

You can't eat happiness
You can't buy it. You can't wear it. You can't drive it, or drink it, or sell it, or steal it. You can't lock it away. You can't negotiate for it. You can't win it, you can't marry it, you can't inherit it, you can't cheat it. You can't smoke it, or inject it, or rent it or borrow it. You can't campaign for it or beg for it, or talk other people into giving you theirs.
You can live happiness.
You can create it. You can be it. You can give it to others. You can enjoy it. You can share it. You can claim it. You can have as much as you wish. You can enjoy it as much as you want, at any time, under any circumstance. You can work with it, play with it, worship, travel, eat, and sleep with it.
Happiness is yours to live and yours to give, if only you will. It comes from the inside, and the best way to experience it is to get it flowing out. Forget about trying and striving to get happy. Just decide to be happy, and happiness is yours.M O O N spells LBM

What's in it for them?
The best way to gain the support and cooperation of others is to ask yourself this question: What's in it for them? A sincere and substantive answer to that question is better than money in the bank.
When you can offer real value, you'll have no problem getting real value in return. Remember, though, that real value is more than empty promises. Real value is more than hype, more than the mere appearance of value.
Avoid focusing too much on what you're offering or what you need. Instead, consider what they're getting. What can you do to truly make it more valuable?
Who stands to benefit more than you from the achievement of your goals, and why? Great fortunes are made by people who can answer that question.M O O N spells LBM

The future you
The person you are to become, is always watching the person you are right now. The image you have of yourself tomorrow, depends on the actions you watch yourself take today. The confidence with which you live next month, will be based on the integrity of your actions this week.
You can hide and conceal things from just about anyone, but the person you are to become is always watching. And that person's opinion of you will play a major role in your life.
Will you be proud tomorrow of what you did today? Will your future self find strength in your present actions and attitudes? Will you learn from your mistakes and from your successes? The you of tomorrow is watching, waiting, hoping and depending upon the you of today.
Live each moment like someone is watching. Because someone is watching, someone who can make you or break you. Live so that the person you become in the future can look back with gratitude and admiration at the person you are right now.M O O N spells LBM

Make the world sparkle
You are more beautiful than the most beautiful thing you have ever seen, because you are able to see it and appreciate it. What good is beauty, if it can not be enjoyed? The essence of the beauty is within you.
You make the world sparkle by your delight and participation in it. You bring the world to life by your living each day. You give meaning to the words of others by listening to what they say.
All that you experience is a part of you, and you a part of it. You're an active participant in the warm and shimmering reality of this day. This day, this world is yours and you are a vital part of it.
It is your experience, it is your joy, it is your responsibility. Live it to the fullest.M O O N spells LBM
