Perceptions
What if your limitations were all an illusion? What if you were being held back, not by your circumstances, but by your mind? Though it is easy to recognize the perceptual bias of another, your own perceptions are more difficult to distinguish from reality.
In many ways the world you see is of your own making. Consider what that could mean. The obstacles you perceive may not really be there if you could get your mind beyond them. The limitations against which you struggle could be gone the instant you change your viewpoint.
What may appear to be cold, hard, immutable reality could melt away and be transformed by the power of your own perceptions. Though it is foolish to ignore reality, it is tragic to be frozen by it.
What if you could change the world and didn't know it? What if you suddenly figured it out? Look beyond the obvious. Look beyond your assumptions. Step outside the window of your perceptions and marvel at the vastness of possibility.M O O N spells LBM

Make it so
You know what it is you wish to accomplish. Today is the time to make it so. The moment you hold in your hands right now is the link between intention and reality. This day is the arena in which life can be lived and dreams fulfilled.
How long have you wished, how intently have you imagined what the world could be? Here is your opportunity to make it so. The past has already faded into memory. It cannot stop you nor can it push you. This moment right now is yours to live, free of any that have come before.
You have more knowledge, more experience, and more wisdom today than you've ever had before. Make use of it all. Make it count. Make it happen. Make it so.M O O N spells LBM

The direction of strength
It's helpful to visualize strength as something that flows only in a positive, creative direction. When you go along in the same direction, your strength increases. When you move in the other direction, whatever strength you have will quickly disappear.
Apply your strength toward positive and productive ends, and that strength grows. Use your strength for destructive purposes, and you'll see that strength drained away.
Are you going in a direction that's making you stronger? Or are you struggling against the current of your own positive possibilities? When you feel yourself losing strength, it's time to reconsider your direction.
Turn toward excellence. Turn toward goodness, integrity, and accomplishment. Turn toward being the best you can be, and feel your strength grow with each passing day.M O O N spells LBM

A decided advantage
Working every moment toward an objective is far more productive than waiting until the last moment to get started. Progressing steadily gives you a decided advantage over catching up frantically.
The farther in advance you begin to make a difference, the more you're able to leverage your time and effort. Over time, modest efforts can add together to bring big results. Start early, remain steady, and you can do amazing things. Take the opportunity of each day as it comes, and those opportunities seized will pile on top of one another into something grand.
Right now you are working steadily toward a future that you choose by virtue of the actions you take on the way there. Each moment is precious in its own sake, and even more valuable because it contains the seed of greater moments become. Enjoy each moment, nurture the seeds of possibility, and you'll reap a bountiful harvest.M O O N spells LBM

Ability and commitment
Greatness most often results not from extraordinary ability, but rather from ordinary ability followed through with extraordinary devotion. Commitment, depth of passion and clarity of purpose will elevate even the most ordinary, mundane efforts into the realm of truly great achievement.
Exceptional ability is a wonderful gift, though by itself it won't get you very far. More important than ability are desire and commitment. Without them, ability is useless. With them, any shortage of ability can be overcome.
Everyone alive has plenty of passion, though too often the true identity of that passion lies hidden. When you make the effort to understand and solidly connect with your passion, the result is an unyielding level of commitment to fulfilling that passion.
Whatever your level of ability, it will take you wherever you desire to go when energized with passion and commitment.M O O N spells LBM

Positive values
Rather than lamenting what you do not have, make the most of what you do have. Rather than being stopped by what you cannot do, move forward by doing what you can do. Instead of agonizing over the past or worrying about the future, make sure that right now you are the very best you can be.
Put your attention and your effort where they count. Use your energy and your time where they can make the biggest positive difference. Being positive is more than just repeating happy phrases. Being positive means living positive. Being positive means seeing the possibilities for improvement and advancement in every situation, and acting on them.
Being positive means doing what is necessary and right even if it is not easy or popular. Positive values are more than just platitudes. Sincere positive values result in effective positive actions. And those actions will bring real, lasting and substantial achievement.M O O N spells LBM

Now you are ready
Stop for just a moment and think a pleasant thought. Relax your mind, your body and your spirit. Find a moment of joy in the beauty of being, right here, right now. Put aside your concerns for a little bit. Experience the depth and wonder of your own existence.
Realize that in this very moment you have everything you could possibly need or want for right now. Settle your spirit into the confidence and assurance which that thought engenders.
Now you are ready for any challenge the world can throw at you. Now you are able to build on the abundance which is already yours. Now you can see your concerns not as problems but as opportunities.
You are alive. You are capable. You are worthy and able. You have at your command a powerful, undeniable force -- the strength to live, to think and to act. Every great achievement is built through thought, action and the passion of being alive. You have everything it takes. Now go forward and make your own special greatness.M O O N spells LBM

Stumbles and frustrations
The stumbles you endure on the way to the top of the mountain do not make the view from the summit any less magnificent. In fact, they make it more precious and full of meaning.
Learn from your mistakes and move forward. Each mistake, each frustration has within itself the power to stop you once. Don't add to that power by allowing it to continue stopping you. Get on past it and never look back. It's relatively easy to get past the frustrations. There's no sense in making it more difficult by adding your own regret.
The main value of any accomplishment comes from the effort with which it is reached. That's why diamonds, which are rare and difficult to find, are far more valuable than the pebbles which can be found anywhere.
The stumbles, the mistakes, the frustrations, the difficult efforts all serve to create value in the accomplishment which is sought. Take them in stride. You can get through them and you will, on your way to achieving exactly what you desire.M O O N spells LBM

Some days
Some days you become weary. Really rest for a while, not too long, then get back on track with renewed vigor and purpose. Some days you become satisfied. Be careful not to let that stop you; build enthusiastically on what you have accomplished. The greatest value is of no value if it is not put to use.
Some days you'll be sad. Take comfort in knowing that your sadness is possible only because joy is also possible. It is painful and yet it is beautiful that you're able to care so much. You'll get through it.
Some days will be frustrating. Though you have the best of intentions, though you make a genuine effort, the results fall short of the mark. Learn from these days. Take a deep breath. Know you're making progress even if it doesn't seem so.
Some days will be joyful. Treasure these days. Live them completely and with no remorse. They are yours to live and to hold as well. Fully experience them so that they will be with you always.M O O N spells LBM

Be you
The surest way to make a good impression is to be yourself. After all, being you is what you do best. You have a great deal of experience at it. The surest way to look like a fool is by attempting to impress others with something you're not.
Success comes not from pretense. Success comes from substance. Perhaps you think the substance of your life is not that impressive. If so, you're completely and absolutely wrong!
You are overflowing with substance and value and it will show if you'll just let it. Your own experiences, thoughts, interests, knowledge, passions, desires, integrity and sense of humor, among many other things, set you apart and make you truly special.
You are wonderful and you are worthy. The power of substance comes from being who you are. Be you. It is your destiny. The world is waiting to joyfully throw its arms around the genuine, valuable person you know you are.M O O N spells LBM

Something will grow
Something will grow in the garden of your life today. Will it be an unsightly weed or a beautiful flower? Will it be what you've planned and created by your thoughts and actions, or will it simply be what you've allowed by your carelessness and lack of clear direction.
Whatever you plant will grow in the fertile ground that is today. Fail to plant, fail to tend the garden, and something will still grow there. But it probably won't be to your liking.
Walking through a neighborhood, it is easy to spot the gardens which are carefully and lovingly tended. They're the bright and bountiful ones. Likewise, a life that's well tended is filled with the bright, beautiful rewards of that care and effort.
What will grow in your life today? The fertile ground is waiting for the seed of your purpose and the care of your commitment. Today you can grow something of value and beauty. Just decide to make it so right now.M O O N spells LBM

Immediate reward
Though most goals take a long and sustained effort to reach, the benefits of moving toward them begin to accrue immediately. There is a strong sense of purpose and direction which comes when you pursue a challenging objective. That positive influence takes hold the moment you commit to reaching the objective. It gives to each day, each moment, each action an energy which would not otherwise be present.
While it is true that genuine accomplishment requires effort applied over time, that eventual accomplishment begins to return value as soon as you start to work on it. Working diligently toward a future objective adds real value to your world today.
So what are you waiting for? Set your sights on an ambitious goal and start right now to reach for it. The reaching, the striving, the discipline and the effort are their own rewards. And they serve to make the goal, when it is indeed reached, more valuable than you ever could have imagined.M O O N spells LBM

Do the math
Lasting success is achieved by addition and multiplication, not subtraction or division. If your winning depends on causing someone else to lose, that success is doomed to eventually run out. By contrast, when your success is built by creating new value for the world around you, it can continue to grow indefinitely.
Do the math. When you continue subtracting and dividing, you soon reach the very real limit of zero. But you can continue adding and multiplying with no such limit.
Certainly it is a competitive world. Yet the most successful competitors are those who do not depend on the competition, those who make the whole pie bigger instead of fighting over a single slice.
Real success and real value can never be wrested away from another. Your success and fulfillment must be built by you. Focus on the competition, and that competition will throw obstacles in your path at every turn. Focus on creating new value, and the world will enthusiastically push you forward.M O O N spells LBM

Hey everyone,
Not exactly a motivating quote but hopefully what I say motivates everyone on here to keep doing what you're doing. A lot of you have helped me in some way over my past 6 months of working out. Whether it is tips on what to eat, supplements, etc. or just a nice little boost from reading posts. I get no support (mostly good natured but annoying heckling) from my fraternity brothers about my eating choices and dedication to working out (very little drinking, making my own food, rarely going out). There are definitely days where it brings me down, but I know that everyone on here is very supportive and you all are some of my biggest motivation to keep pushing myself everyday. I just wanted to thank you guys for being my unknown support group when I really have no one else around me to be there on those days where you aren't sure about certain things or really don't feel like going to the gym. Keep it up guys, you all really make a difference even when you don't know it.

Seize the challenges
You have survived every single challenge that has come your way. And when you look back on the things you've done, it is clear that not only have you survived those challenges, they have caused you to learn, to grow, to become stronger.
Challenge is difficult, and it is valuable as well. Challenge can energize. Challenge can focus. Challenge can turn mere passing interest into rock solid commitment. It can turn mediocre into exceptional. In the long run, challenge pays off with big rewards.
One of the surest ways to move your life forward is through challenge. Sometimes the challenges are forced upon you. But you don't have to wait for challenges to come your way.
Seek out challenges for the value they offer. Improve the quality of your life by increasing the level of your challenges. You've already made it through a lifetime of challenges. Continue to find more that will move you ahead and compel you to become even stronger. Seize the challenges and you'll grasp your dreams.M O O N spells LBM

Be where you are
When you stop jumping ahead, when you stop looking back, it is amazing how effective you can be right where you are. Worrying about the future or regretting the past will drain energy away from you. Set aside those futile efforts and put the power of your being into being where you are.
Focus on the moment at hand, at being your best right here and now. Plan for the future, to be sure, but don't let your considerable energy be drained off by it. Be aware of where you are, and of where your focus lies. If you catch yourself drifting off into the anxieties of the past or the future, gently pull yourself back into the present moment.
There is so much you can accomplish by doing what you can, when you can. Now is your moment to live. Give your attention and your energy to where you are. Make the very best use of each moment as it comes along by living it to its fullest. Focus on being where you are, and you'll be in a great and positive place indeed.M O O N spells LBM

Get on with living
Rather than covering up the anger, just let it go. Instead of fighting against the anxiety, move on past it. Why spend time and energy coping with your resentment or jealousy or bitterness when you can simply walk away from them?
Your feelings are yours to control. Yet all too often you let them take control of you. Certainly you have good cause to be angry, spiteful and bitter. But just because you can justify those negative feelings does not inoculate you from the harm they bring.
Let go of the negative feelings and get on with living. Do what is in your best interest. It doesn't take any great strength or skill, just a simple understanding. Realize that you're far better off without them. The energy used to maintain the negative feelings and to fight against them can be put to much more productive use in moving your life forward. Let go, and let yourself be gloriously alive.M O O N spells LBM
