Filled with life
You are constantly in the process of becoming. You are constantly in the process of growing, no matter what your age or what you've already been through. At the end of this day you will not be quite the same person you were when you woke up. You will have learned new things, lived through new experiences, known some new accomplishments and some disappointments.
Today is your opportunity to mold yourself and to direct your life. The person you are tomorrow will depend on how you live each moment of today. It's a serious responsibility and a great opportunity.
The moments of this day may seem quite ordinary as you go through them. Yet every day is important, every moment is special and vital. They are your opportunities to live, to love, to grow, to learn, to accomplish, to become, to fulfill.
Rather than just looking at this day as another one to endure, see in it the wondrous amount of living with which it can be filled. Give today your best, and its golden treasures will be yours.

Enjoy it
Here's a suggestion that will make today a great day. Find a way to look forward to and enjoy everything that you must do today. That's easy to say, but is it really possible? Of course.
First, there are things you will genuinely enjoy doing. You should have no problem looking forward to them. That leaves all the other things -- those tasks which may be unpleasant or uncomfortable or otherwise undesirable. The good news is that you can look forward to them with even more anticipation, because rather than looking forward to doing them you can genuinely look forward to having them done and behind you.
For everything you must do today, you can either look forward to doing it or look forward to getting it done. Whatever the case, the ultimate outcome is enjoyable, no matter what the task may be. And when you enjoy what you're doing, you naturally become more effective at it.
Look forward to everything, enjoy doing it or having it done, and you'll make it a great day.M O O N spells LBM

Squeeze every drop
Have the courage to dream great dreams. You're worthy of greatness. You're capable of greatness. The priceless treasure that is your life positively obligates you to make something grand out of its moments, its days, its years.
When you focus on just getting by, that's the most you'll be able to do. Yet when you set your sights higher, when you dare to dream big dreams, when you make the effort to make a difference, those same moments you would have spent just getting by will bring you, and your world, so much more.
Once this day is over, you cannot go back and reclaim it. What a waste it would be if you failed to squeeze every last drop of living and joy and love and achievement from it. If your aim is to just get through the day, if your goal is to just get by, aim higher. You're spending the moments, so make them really count. Start right now to live the greatness you were born to live.M O O N spells LBM

Enjoy life itself
The simple, common things in life can be just as enjoyable as the big, impressive things. When you make the choice to enjoy life itself, you’ll find yourself being lifted up by anything and everything.
Enjoy life itself, with all the ups and downs, and you won’t waste your precious time worrying about what’s coming next. Relish the experience of life itself, and every day will be filled with opportunities for true joy.
It’s great to have big, wonderful, meaningful dreams and ambitions. But you don’t want to postpone your enjoyment of life until after those dreams are realized.
Instead, find joy in the everyday process of bringing your dreams about. Find your joy in the everyday moments of life itself.
You don’t have to wish or beg or hope or struggle for more. You already have life itself, and the more of it you live, the more of its goodness you have.
Rather than putting conditions and judgments on your experiences, simply enjoy life itself. And in that joy, you’ll find life getting better and better.

Living happiness
When you chase happiness it can be frustratingly elusive. Once you arrive at where you thought it would be, it has sped off to somewhere else. A sure sign that you're chasing happiness to no avail is the phrase "if only," as in "if only I had a new car, then I'd be happy" or "if only I had a better job, then I'd be happy."
It's great to have higher and higher ambitions. Yet when you make your happiness conditional, you never seem to be able to meet all the conditions. You arrive at one "if only" to discover a whole set of new "if onlys."
A better strategy is not to chase happiness but to make it right where you are. Rather than putting conditions on your happiness, simply allow it to be. Could you be happy right now, right here? Of course. By all means pursue your dreams. Make things better. And enjoy each moment along the way. There's no need to wait for happiness. You don't get it by chasing it. You have it by living it.M O O N spells LBM

Insider secrets
The best way to become skilled and effective at anything is through practice. Whether it is managing a business, ice skating, networking with other people, writing, earning money or cooking, the way to get better at it is to actually spend a significant amount of time doing it.
We like to think sometimes that there are "secrets" which make people effective at what they do, and that if we could just acquire those inside secrets we'd be stunningly successful. Certainly there are many things you can learn from those who are more experienced. Yet there are no secret techniques, there is no inside information, which can take the place of practice.
The mind, body and spirit are amazingly adaptive. Anything you do often enough, you will learn to do well. That's no secret. It's plainly obvious. Instead of looking for a secret technique, just get busy and get some good, solid, real-world experience. Then you'll have the ultimate inside information.M O O N spells LBM

Misfortune behind you
How do you respond when something doesn't go your way? Do you agonize, complain and bring yourself down by feeling sorry for yourself? Do you make the situation even worse by letting it stop you in your tracks?
A negative experience is no reason for negativity. In fact, a negative experience is all the more reason to remain resolutely positive. The thing to do when you've been knocked down is to get back up. Wallowing in your misfortune makes no sense at all.
Have you had a bad day? Have you had a bad month? Smile. It's over and done with. Move forward. The past does not equal the future unless you allow it. Have you tried your best and failed? Smile. That's history. Look up. Look forward. Set an even more compelling goal and start moving positively toward it.
Just because misfortune affects you doesn't mean it must control you. Get misfortune behind you. Transcend it. Rise above it and move swiftly forward as you surely can.M O O N spells LBM

Fill the moments
Today is a bright new day. It is a day in which you can cast off the self-imposed and self-imagined limitations which have in the past held you back. It is a day full of new possibilities.
Today is yours to experience, to live, to accomplish and to move forward. There will be some surprises, there will be some challenges. They are all part of the experience. They are all part of your learning and growth.
You have no choice but to spend this day, and to use it up. Tomorrow it will be gone. Yet you do have a choice as to what you do with it. Though this day will not last very long, the goodness and value you create from it can be with you always. Keep that in mind as the moments fly away. Make sure you have something to show for those moments. This day, these moments are yours to use, but only while they're here.
Today will be gone very soon, and yet you can keep as much of its value as you decide to keep, by virtue of the efforts you use to fill its moments.M O O N spells LBM

Make the first time count
If you only put half the necessary effort into a task, you'll eventually need to do it again, and perhaps again. Does that make any sense? Of course not. If you really want to save yourself time and effort, make every effort your very best effort. When something must be done, work on it with the objective of getting it right the first time.
You likely won't get it perfect. What's important is that you make your first effort count as much as possible. Don't depend on fixing it later. Do what's necessary to get it right the first time around. Then, instead of spending time fixing it, you can move on to something else.
You're spending your precious time and effort. Make it count. Rather than doing the very minimum, do the very most. Rather than marking time, rather than just getting through it, use your time to accomplish something of value. The extra effort and attention you put into getting it right the first time will be returned many times over.M O O N spells LBM

Rise to the challenges
You can rise to the challenges or you can let them push you down. You can make the best of them, or you can let them get the best of you. It all depends on how you respond. It all depends on how you see yourself.
If you see yourself as a victim, you will be. Life's difficulties will quickly overpower you if you let them. When you see yourself as a participant in life, as an effective and positively focused force, not only will the challenges yield to your involvement, they will serve to make you stronger.
Look at each challenge as an opportunity. What can you learn from it? What can you do with it? How can you bring about something positive because of it?
When faced with a challenge, ask yourself this question. How can I respond to this challenge so that a year from now, looking back at the experience, I'll be overwhelmingly thankful that it came along?
The challenges are there and they will keep on coming. Rise to the challenges. It's a great way to powerfully lift yourself up.M O O N spells LBM

You have what it takes
You have what it takes to be a leader. You have what it takes to be a winner. You have what it takes to be successful. The question is, will you use it? Will you fulfill the enormous potential that is your life, or will you just sit back and watch others doing it?
Will you be the unique, creative, productive person you were meant to be? You already have what it takes. You have the desire. Look deeply enough and you'll find plenty of it. The resources you need are there. Work diligently enough and they will be available to you in abundance. You have the time -- the same 24 hours in each day as everyone else.
You have knowledge, and the ability to learn. You have skills, and the ability to adapt. Yes, you have what it takes, right now, right here, today. If you're looking for opportunity, stop looking. You are the opportunity. You can truly make a difference in your own special way. You have what it takes. Make it count.M O O N spells LBM

Value in the effort
To desire something without also desiring the effort necessary to create or obtain it is indeed a wasted desire. To get something for nothing is to have nothing but an empty trinket.
The value of anything worth having is in the effort needed to obtain it. The thing itself can be eventually taken away, or it can be depleted, it can break or it can turn to rust. Yet the strength, the experience, the confidence, the wisdom you gain from the effort will always be with you.
When you sincerely look at the things you desire, you'll see that you don't desire those things at all. You desire to be the person who can obtain and maintain those things. As such, it is best to focus not only on the objectives you desire, but also on the efforts which will make them a reality. That's where the real value is.M O O N spells LBM

Who you are
Who do you think you are? Your perception of yourself becomes reality through the thoughts, decisions and actions of every moment. Are you kind? Are you loving? Are you honest? Are you successful? Are you wealthy? You are when you truly think you are.
Every day a thousand decisions greet you. They overflow with opportunity. They can take you to any place imaginable. How do you choose? How do you decide? You do so based on who you think you are.
What do others think of you? It depends on who you think you are. What will you become? That depends entirely on who you think you will become.
Who do you think you are? It is revealed in every moment, in every action, in every decision, in every thought and opinion. The great thing is that you can be whomever you decide you will be. It is your choice. It is your life. So who do you think you are?M O O N spells LBM

Your greatest possibilities
What you need, others need as well. What you desire, so do others desire too. Following your dreams is not greedy. Pursuing your most deeply held desires is not selfish, for in so doing you also serve to fulfill the dreams and desires of those around you.
What you do to make yourself the best you can be will benefit others, most likely even more than it benefits you. What you do to serve others will likewise benefit you as well.
When you sincerely examine your desires, you'll find that you have at least as much, and probably even more desire to give of yourself as to receive. Surely you have yearned to be of use, to make a difference, to express yourself. And how would these be possible if not in the service of others?
Be the best you can be and you make your world the best it can be. Truly make a positive difference and you'll fulfill your greatest possibilities.M O O N spells LBM
