Are the 2 oatmeals + multi + 2 glass of milk enough as breakfast?
Im feeling like the eggs are too much.
I can get the proteins in the other meals of the day
What you think?

Is 2bags oatmeal + 5 eggs too much when cutting?

Sugar isn't a bad thing in the morning. I only have sugar 2x a day: upon waking and after a workout.
As to the OPs question, think about how many calories you're eating in a day. Think about how many calories that meal was. If you can get your other meals in and not go over your calorie mark, then the breakfast is fine, but if you feel that you'll have to skimp on meals later, then cut it down a little bit.
Btw, eat the yolks.

currently eating 20 egg whites and 6 pieces of toast , 2 with peanut butter 4 with butter...cutting bbl
I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.

Well I do, 1/2 cup oatmeal (real oatmeal), and 3 eggs. The fat in eggs are supposedly very "anabolic". If I wasn't using whole eggs I would use about a cup of egg whites and 1 tbsp of peanut butter or I would still use whole eggs with egg whites for some extra protein.

It's breakfast, you can afford it, more people should eat larger breakfasts, even on a cut it will help control your appetite for the whole day
that's only
100g protein, 130g carbohydrates, 25 grams of fat
400 + 520 + 225 = 1045calories
yes...it is a good meal I just wish I had more eggs so i could of eaten yolksI bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.
