I have had extremely ****ty health for past 3 years:
- chronic headaches;
- no energy;
- mental fog;
and many other things.
I got my testosterone results (no I have never used AAS, prohormones or anything of the sort).
Free Test 39 (normal range is 170-500)
Test 1.6 (normal is 6-30)
SHBG 18 (normal is 15-70)
FAU 8.9 (normal is 18-210)
I will be seeing an endo in a week and 1/2, but I wanted to know from anyone who knew
(1) how bad are these results? 90 year old girl standard? I mean they appear on paper dreadful. My GP said they were unheard of low for a 26 year old - and was shocked I had any muscle mass
(2) how have I made any progress in weights? (although it explains why my progress is very average, yet my dedication in last year and 1/2 and knowledge of training techniques is IMO very high)

I would ask in the AAS section, because i would think they are more opt to know what the readings mean, since they get them more frequently.

hey man..
i've been dealing with the same problem for almost 8 months now. I know exactly what you mean with the "not understanding how two people could be attracted deal."
go to www.meso-rx.com to the steroid forum then to the men's health section. PM JanSz and he will give you a fairly extensive list of bloodwork to get done. Once you have the results, these guys know their stuff up and down. Have you been eating a low calorie low fat diet with a lot of exercise?
I've talked to a lot of people who have dealt with this and are dealing with this.. it sucks and there's usually no easy answer..
for starters.. eat more, A LOT more.
let me know what helps you when you finally get it figured out!
good luck.

Nah dude, I eat about 90-120g of fat per day, and take foods that are meant to be boost testosterone: whole eggs, steak, garlic, cruciferours vegetables etc.
I only have ever been on one cutter - and it was late 2007 - and it was on 2200 cals.
I have noticed my maintenance is a bit lower than itused to be - but its still about 2700-2900, and in truth its probably just lower because I'm always tired and do less unplanned activity. My thyroid levels are normal (have been checked)
Thanks though for ur advice. Will check it out.
And yeah, re sex drive, it explains everything for me. I mean its 0

Other signs: no energy, feeling of weakness, dizziness, headaches, mental fog (and no memory - significant as I was top 1% of high school nationally and top 2% of law school), pissing at night, no sex drive, no motivation/unipolar languor/deperssion.
What caused it? Either bad genetics, or quite likely, prior finasteride use
