Haha I feel like a super bigger noob than i am asking this question. I've searched and looked around a bit, but I can't find the answer. Im doing a variation of rippetoes and it calls for bench presses and just "press's"
I know what a bench press is, but what exactly is a press? Thanks, reps to whoever helps me out

A bench press is always a press, but a press isn't always a bench press.
