    Either you have crazy daughters or your guesstimated weight of each is a bit off. I don't have little ones so I'm probably wrong.

    but, an untrained 100lb girl is only supposed to be able to deadlift about 60lbs. For your little girls to be running with 50-60lbs is quite impressive if they are.
    is not a powerlifter :-D

    they are 100lbs and my oldest only weighs 50lbs, plus she has dead lifted a total of 75lbs with an Olympic bar 1 day in the gym

    my little one has spent countless hours in the gym with daddy as well. it was funny when she learned to set the lat pulldown machine to her weight so she could ride it up and down.
