My very first cut is going quite well.
first pic I was ~230.. that was in september. Started a not so serious cut then, and started getting serious the past 3 weeks. Here are my results so far, I'm more or less where I want to be. (for this spring/summer anyways) I'm 208 in the after pic. I wish I had taken different angles for the before pics, but I did not :/

I'm not going to be cutting much more than this, maybe like 5 more lbs. The thought of going under 200 is scary to me lol.

nice work... your diet looks very intuitive/reasonable. I agree with you in that I wouldn't see much of a reason to get any lower in the bodyfat department you are pretty lean.

Right now doing the 531 routine ( http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=112382761) My lifts have always been geared towards my performance in throwing (powerlifting + agility training / olympic lifting). I graduated last year from my university, so I decided to cut weight since I didn't "need" it anymore. For cardio, during my cut, I did 3x a week interval running, and 1 or 2 days of LISS (walking 40 mins on the beach or something).
