Sounds good, when are you changing your routine? I understand in 2 months you are doing what appears to be a total overhaul.
1 thing though for the next 2 months, although you may be getting bored with your current routine, if ti infact is working and you are getting stronger or bigger or lifting more weight, you may want to re-think pissing with it.PreSurge = Pre WO.

Well they say 6-8 weeks is good for a routine then switch it up, but you can always switch right back. Althogh personally i say why change something taht works, same as supplements, people say oh I gained mad strength using ..... btu I want to use something else...WTF? That is ridiculous keep using what works and make mad strength gain or size or lose wieght or improve you cardiovascular system etc..
PreSurge = Pre WO.

Great Log Tim...maybe you should do one for us soon
Edit: YIKES...you're going for 375 on the bench, and you're military pressing that much!!! My goodness. Shoulders have ALWAYS been my weak point. When I put up 385 on flat, I could probably military press about 200 x 1. Yes, it's pathetic...I know...and I'm working very hard on shoulder strength right now... But, here's my point....it's time for you to start "powerlifting"!!!! . You need a Westside Template!Last edited by jmil; 04-15-2009 at 11:37 AM.

Thanks for stopping by man....
Yeah my shoulders are quickly becoming my strong point. I think next shoulder workout i could get 300+ for one. Power Lifting / Strong Man has always interested me, I just have never persude (sp) it.
I am going to take a short break on training for strength in a couple months and focus on getting a little weight off and cardiovascular health. After that, I might persue some power lifting stuff.
PS...I would love to try some AN stuff in the future.

No problem man...glad to be a part of your log. Yea, your shoulder strength is very impressive....I'm sure you could hit that 300 mark. When you start back on strength training, I think you'd absolutely kill it and attain huge numbers on a westside template.
And we can set that up man...just PM me and we'll figure it out. I probably won't be able to get back to you until later tonight cuz I'm at work, and then have to hit the gym....but I will get back to you as soon as I get home. Have a good day man.DIABLO BARBELL

THOUGHTS:
- Today's workout was short and sweet. Wish I could of done more, but work took longer today than usual and I had prior arrangements.
- 365 felt heavier today than I wanted it to, but oh well. I am shooting to hit chest again maybe saturday, but more than likely sunday.
- Sleep is still going good. I think I only woke up once last night.
- So far I have had 2 people say they could see a difference and it looked like I was leaning out. I also was told they could see the growth in my chest and shoulders.
- Best of all my wife made the comment that I was looking bigger, but good bigger. She said it looks like I might be loosing weight. My wife NEVER comments on my physical looks because she say's she is around me too much to notice changes. I was pretty damn happy about that.
- Only a couple more days until I am on bottle 3.
- Blueboy22 is a punk for calling my log teh suckz.
