Supplement to help cutting? (My stack, comment please)
Hello.
My train is 3-4times a week with weight trainning and 30minutes of cardio. Eat 6times/day meals. high protein, low carb, low fat, good fat.
i drink 1 scoop of dymatize 12 hours before work out and before bed, and 1 scoop of ast vp2 after workout.
I also eat ast 32x multivitamins, fish oil.
I have a plan to buy some supplements to help cutting.
They are :
1. Beta alanine
2. L-carnitine
3. L-Glutamine
4. Bcaa's(leucine,iso leucine,valine) or aminos(any opinion?)
Any suggestion, comment or something?
It will help me much.
