back problems?

hey i pulled my lower back like 2 months ago so i went easy on the back for a while.

well the pain / discomfort has moved down to like my right buttcheek lol that muscle there, i cant really sit properly or when i lay down for a while and get up its so stiff.

i can feel its like under my hipbone, that muscle there.

just askin u guys if u had any probs like this and what can i do to make it better before i go see a physio

Yes I did the same thing a few months ago while doing squats and then again on chin raises. You need to use heat then and ice. Heat it up either in a hot tub or hot shower or microwave a wet towel but dont apply it directly or you will burn. Do this and massage. Then after getting it tender, apply ice packs. Do this for a week and it should sudside. You also need to stretch it so that it get some circulation. It may take a few weeks but it works. You can apply tiger balm too after. Im now cautious abot sqauts now. I stick to the leg press and lunges. Hope it works out for you quick.
