John Clayton says Cleveland is most likely Cutler destination...
I'm kind of shocked and don't know how I feel about this. He is a pro bowl quaterback, but I don't know if he would fit Clevelands system. Oh wait, we don't ahve an effective system.

I won't believe this until I see it. Unless they're trading Brady Quin, why would they be looking for Cutler? Or do they just want to keep Quinn on the bench for a few more years/have him as a backup? They pay him (Quinn) a lot of money just to do that...

The talks are that the Browns would send Quinn to Denver. Which would make sense for both sides. The question for me then is, do they move Anderson to. Could end up that the Browns get a pro bowler and some draft picks when its all said and done.

this makes a ton of sense for the Browns, and not something that I approve of

Now all the Browns need is a receiver that doesn't drop half the balls thrown at him

If we pick up Cutler, all we need now is 15 other quality starters and we'll be set. I'm liking our chances in 2015!

I just don't get why Cleveland is giving up on Quinn so quickly.
He looked pretty good last year until he broke his finger.

Different style offenses. Mangini wants someone who can throw the ball deep. From what I understand, this offense will be more west coast. Throwing deep is playing to Cutler's strengths. On the other hand, many scouting reports note that Quinn isn't comfortable with throwing deep and has accuracy issues. Quinn would be a better fit for Denver's offensive system since it mirrors Charlie Weiss'.

Been a fan since the Kosar days. I stuck with this team through a lot. We started to do the right things and moving Quinn would show that we are not serious about getting better.
