DeLoading
I had heard alot about deloading from a lot of people. My gains were not dry and I was steady complaining after 8 years any dieting down or cardio and My arms legs "muscles shrivled up" literally. I ended up getting mad and just strait cutting constantly for about 1 year and 5 months. I was not that big when I became frustrated about the dieting 205lbs. My chest I thought was huge almost 50" and My arms puny 1/4" away from 16. I was gaining strength steady. I also changed My routine to a 7-14 day split ate maintanence, and did at least 20hrs of cardio per month I lost 30Lbs.
So now I'm back getting back on a regular routine, already I've gained 1 lb in 1 week. I don't eat breakfast or lunch.
My routine looks like this
Monday
Legs stomach and chest
Thursday back shoulders and arms
9 sets each for 10 reps
I walk at least 1 hour per day.
My goal is Dry gains. Am I on the right track?

OP, are you eating only one meal a day? That'll never build muscle!

I'm trying to get around being Huge since I received mostly negative comments from my peers, stuff like "Well I taylor my clothes" as they walked past, or "Hey Rocky". I was not looking to be a Champ,I Just wanted to look good in the bedroom.
Anyways, If I just eat in moderation won't I still in say 2 or three more years get those hard earned gains back or was it all the diet? I did use to eat at least 4 times per day around 200g's of protien and up with little 30g's fat and 200g's of carbs mostly potatoes and oat meal.

Well you are your own barometer, and we all are different...I'm cleaning up my diet and i am already feeling the drag,I know it'll pass....think about those negative comments...who do they make you feel?

When in doubt, mumble
so you made great gains on 1900 calories a day? Weird
Yorkshireman I: Right! I had to get up in the morning, at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill and pay mill-owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our dad would kill us and dance about on our graves, singing Hallelujah!

Well if the gal you bring into the bedroom is a big load things may not be looking to good. Just a guess...

Confused myself....math doesn't work on the 2700 k/cals with macros listed and anyone who mentions skipping meals in their thread is probably not "bodybuilding"

1870, just sayin
Doing 9 sets of 10 every workout is kind of strange too, IMO
4 sets of 4, or 3 sets of 5 different exercises is SOP in bodybuilding.

I read it three times, and still have no clue what OP is saying, or asking. Done.
No brain, no gain.
You can't out-train bad nutrition.
"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon

Yes, I agree. I think that most people that make comments about people that are in shape and take care of themselves are really jealous deep down inside since they don't have the motivation or discipline to do it themselves.
