They go around classifying pretty much everything Obama does as Socialist. Government controlling means of production and industry is STATE Socialism, pure socialism is completely different.

All the cable news networks have some bias; a completely unbaised news channel would be boring and wouldn't get good ratings.
It was funny tho the other day I was watching CNN and they did a spot on news networks' coverage of Obama and they covered this very topic...they did a tally of how many times in the previous week all the major stations had mentioned the word socialist or socialism in relation to Obama and it was essentially like this:
CNN: 2
MSNBC: 2
ABC: 3
CBS: 3
FOX: 24

Agreed.
I know, I hate it! They speak of the word Liberal with negative connotations, going so far as to have a small portion called "Liberal Translation" which pretty much makes fun of anyone that bears this classification. Lot of good being conservative did.
I think you mean a STATE Socialist. Plus, its not like Obama bears any true power anyway.- Impossible is lifting up your country

MSNBC is no better than FOX I'll give you that, Olbermann and Maddow are pretty ridiculous
but (most) of CNNs programming is relatively unbiased. Lou Dobbs is obviously pretty conservative and I hear Campbell Brown calling out Obama on her show quite a bit. Wolf Blitzer is as neutral as they get, never gives an opinion on anything

I'll be voting in the next election. I'm not claiming that I know the answers to anything by any means, but I do know that FOX is giving socialism a bad name by trying to advocate Obama as a socialist, when he isn't quite. How come people your age have less than 50 percent voter turn out? If age truly was related to being knowledgeable and wise, then there would be many more people exercising this right, but they don't.
