great guy. you can tell he's having a very moving and human experience, and he knows what it means to live in the now and to visualize the dream.
it is clear that he is a practitioner of the 'law of attraction' in the way he talks about the attraction of positive/negative energy to his life, which is not surprising considering the adversity he has overcome, as well as all the other ****. He truly just focuses on his dream and does not care that most of the guys here think he's gay because he has an unorthodox and flowing posing style. I used to dislike it as well but now I really appreciate the hard work, talent, and creativity that goes behind it. It is truly inspiring.
This guy really is a genius on the rising and I think he is going to do HUGE things for the sport.
He has come so far, I'm sure from imagining himself as the champion that he wants to be.

I think Kai comes across as a very cool guy and as much as people hate it, or would have in the past, he will be a very positive thing for bodybuilding. After all the MD videos you can see that contest prep is just as hard for him as it is for most people. He's easy to relate to.
I think him, Phil, Wolf etc have good personalities for people to gravitate towards.

yeah man, i try to live my life like that and you just feel so good everyday when you live like that. you jsut ahve so much positive energy about you, it rubs off on people too

Exactly, but by this argument, no one should say he is a genuinely good person judging by a one minute interview at arguably one of the best moments of his life. WOW he personally thanked Dan! That makes him such a good person! /sarcasm.
He is extremely happy and thankful here, of course hes going to come off as a nice guy. No one can say with good judgment that he is a genuinely good, or a bad guy unless they know him. And that includes meeting him at an expo for 2 minutes.

Iv met Kai at 5th ave gym here in Brooklyn, he works out there from time to time. This interview you see is not an act. He was doing squats next to me and my friend and we came up to say hi. He was extremely nice, i commented on his squats but he flipped it and said we are an inspiration to him because of how we push each other, also said if we need help with anything just come up and ask. Very nice guy.
Its funny i remember asking him if he was gonna do Arnold (it was like 2 years ago) and he goes "We"ll see, hopefully ill get an invitation". He has come a long way.
