I think it's time to add a little cardio...

.... or I better add lots of it when I end my 5x5.

I've been guilty of eating a bit TOO much in my efforts to fuel my body while bulking. I've gotten more mass, but I've increased my waistline. Haven't eaten clean.

I'm just glad I know how to lose fat - I lost 10lbs in 1 month last year.

Also, I slept nearly 10 hours last night after 4 hours the night before. I feel so refreshed today.

Been guilty of overdoing the bulk myself in the past...who hasnt been.

For fat loss I think slow and stead is the best way to go...dont want to lose any hard earned muscle.

    Same here

Same here man. Except for the most part I'd say I am eating clean for a bulk. I figure if my main goal is to gain strength on this 5x5 then I best be eating for it. Up to %13.5 bf from %10.5 but added in 2 sessions of 30 minutes slow paced cardio and 1 15 minute HIIT session. We'll see how that goes.

Yep. One cannot get big and strong without lots of food. And believe me guys, in recent weeks, I've been eating like mad. I already have a healthy appetite even when I don't lift (which isn't good cuz I'm not active so I just get fat), so with 5x5, my appetite goes thru the roof.
