    Anyone here got a big chest (43 inches +),and only does flat and incline bench press?

    As flyes do not agree with my shoulders, but the above two are fine, so is it possible (obviously genetics are involved) to build good pecs with ONLY the above two?

    my pecs are about 40 i think and all i do is bench dont even incline, and oh yeah im only 13

    but for most people, flat bench doesnt do **** either


    weighted dips and inclines are best imo

    and 43 inches is far from huge bro, atleast 50

    i only do flat and incline movements you could say, but i use dumbells, barbells, and the smith machine. and yes, it is working.
