    What will happen if i stop taking...

    Well i've been taking Neovar for about 2 months and i've seen a huge increase in strength. but not really too much mass. and now i need to gain mass. but i'm scared if i stop taking the neovar i will lose all the strength i gained.. will this happen? what mass supplement could i switch to that will prevent this from happening?

    yes i'm pretty sure i have. i was at a point where i was gradually gaining weight at a steady pace but then out of nowhere it just kinda stopped

    Start eating more again. Actually instead of being "pretty sure" you're eating enough, keep track of it and find out how many calories you actually need compared to what you think you need. Then find out if you're getting enough from your diet.
