What makes the Chest Stand Out.
Ever notice bodybuilders with a huge chest, but it sags on the outside. It still looks good but it lacks the round definition. This can be "fixed" by doing decline presses. I noticed that when I neglected decline bench, the definition between my lower pecs and upper abdominals started to fade. I started back on decline today. Anybody else have any more tips on making the chest stand out?

I am not entirely sure what you are asking.
Go do this chest/tri routine, it works:
Code:
>Stretch
Flat Dumbell Flyes:
3 sets of 10
Flat Barbell Press:
2 sets of 5
--Max attempt
2 sets of 10
Declined Dumbell Flyes:
3 sets of 10
Inclined Barbell Press:
3 sets of 5
Closed Grip Declined Barbell Press:
1 set of 5
1 set of 12
Declined Barbell Press:
3 sets of 10
--Max attempt
Closed Grip Flat Barbell Press:
1 set of 12
1 set of 5
Dumbell Extensions:
3 sets to failure
>Stretch

thats 23 sets for chest/tri's, assuming the OP isnt on juice or a pro, he's gonna fk up bad
OP, you'll probably need 9-12 sets ALONE for chest
12, 10, 8, 6, 4 ( Flat Bench )
10, 10, 8, 8 ( Inclined DB Bench )
10-12x3 ( Crossovers/DB Flyes )
if you dont wanna follow this, then experiment on your own, listen to your own body, not other people's routines. but watch the volume

This works, I am not going to argue with some ectomorph who doesnt even have pubic hair yet (you are 14 bruv...).
Okay, good luck on your goals, and keep working hard, when you grow older you will learn more.

Work on your back too. A wide and thick back will make your chest appear bigger too. Kinda like arm mass, the tricep is 2/3 bigger than the bicep and that is where most of your arms size will come from. So like I said, you want to really hit your back too and to prevent a muscle imbalance.
