Shoulders

I need some ideas for a good shoulder mass building routine. Any ideas?

Overhead Shoulder Press, Upright Rows, Lateral Raise, Bent Over Lateral Raise, Arnold Press...4 sets each 12, 12, 10, 8

^^^this plus frontal raises unless that's what upright rows are
and behind the head press is good just go lighter weighto n it and slower so no injury happens

Standing push presses
Dumbell Snatch
Hanging cleans (to balance your traps to your delts)

Once you've got the mass you want, cut it up with the raises and laterals.

Get ready to buy some new shirts!
