I gained 4lbs in a week, is this normal or have i drunk too much. I havent noticed any fat gains so i'm guessing its water weight.

Chances are you were chronically dehydrated, and now you're well hydrated.

Water weighs alot. Thus you gain alot when you drink large amounts of water.
Eventually your body will get used to it and you will just piss it all out.

when are you weighing yourself. the logical thing is that it's water weight. to get a good estimate of your weight, weigh urself in the morning after you piss/**** and without eating or drinking anything, weigh yourself.

if you take creatine, you tend to hold alot more water weight, same if your diet consists of too much sodium.
