Does anyone foresee a problem using MHP Expel, Hydroxycut Harcore, and Protein to help me lose weight. I am doing moderate weight lifting and cardio 3x a week. I'm 6'2 256lbs 25% BF. Can I kick start my weight lose by drooping some water weight and continue hitting the gym after the first 10 days of use of the product. How much protein should I take.
