Hi Everybody!!
I am starting my plan tomorrow and really excited to see some results. I am in good shape but I feel like I have been struggling forever trying to get the last bit of fat off. Sometimes, I cave and have a hard time staying consistent so I'll need you guys to help me to stay focused on the end result!!! I've thought about competing sometime in the future but for now, I just want to get into my best shape ever.....more muscle and less fat = killer sexy body
I attached my starting pics...

It is soooo good. You just have to remember to include the fat for that meal so no extra almonds or p.b. I <3 Trader Joe's!

Scivation
Hey Kat - Are you taking the Scivation supplement mentioned in your diet plan? My plan says to take 2 pills w. meals 1,3 & 5, but it doesn't specify the exact product... Let me know if you're taking this as I'm curious to know what supplement this is. Thanks!

Thanks!! He has me on a modified CHA 1400 so I still can have some carbs PWO. Trying to decide if my HIIT days still count as WO days that I can have PWO carbs or if I should just stick to the lifting days....I need to check with Derek.

It's 2 tablets of EFAs with meals 1,3 and 5 (Scivation Essential FAs). I'm also using Vasocharge and Xtend preworkout. BTW, THANK GOD for melatonin!! I accidentally mixed up my Xtend and Vasocharge last night and added extra Vasocharge to my mix when I meant to add Xtend. I thought I was going to be up ALL night with NO sleep....I was bouncing off the walls at 11pm but I took a couple melatonin tablets and it put me right to sleep within an hour.

HIIT days count. At least they do for me
Vasocharge and Xtend both rock. Have you tired the Scivation protein? It has a really good taste to it

I saw the "I'm surprised how good it tasted in water", and I got sad for you for a moment. So many people have bad experiences with protein powder.
Glad Scivation has put you on the path of the straight and narrow
CHOCOLATE SLUDGE IS HELLA AWESOME!

Thanks
Good luck to you also!
I have to try Scivation Protein powder now. I may have to throw away all the stuff I am currently choking down to get rid of it before switching!
We started around the same time (with VERY different starting points) but it will be nice for me to watch your progress.
Thanks!

Oh yea there are some really awful protein powders out there. I would def get some Scivation. I havent tried the chocolate scivation yet but the vanilla is the best vanilla I've ever tasted.
You're gonna see some great results if you follow the plan, it's just all about being consistent, my BIGGEST problem!!
