Smart Gainer vs Cytogainer
They're both almost identical. But smart gainer has more serving. But which is better?

ive always been one to never gain weight but i used cytogainer and after the second tub i went up 8-9 lbs. Im on my third now and i really think cytogainer is a great product.
get chocolate mint....delicious

im using mm and 100% casein right now,im fixin to start using cytogainer,how should i implement cytogainer in my supplementation?

the carbs in it are fast digesting, so the best time to take it is in the morning and/or pre and post workout.

I use to take cytogainer and the best time to take it would be after working out because of the fast carbs and creatine in it

i use muscle milk,so would you drop it and use cytogainer?

muscle milk is a blend that digests more slowly so you can use it basically any other time during the day. i think whole foods are generally best, but if you want to take both do cytogainer around workouts and MM later at night.

Is cytogainer okay to use before bed? I workout late at night and drink a fast shake and go to bed.

You can take before bed if you want as well as in the morning and post workout

yeah that's what they advertise but the carb source in it is maltodextrin, which is an extremely fast digesting carb. they claim it contains "complex maltodextrins", but i'm pretty sure malto is a fast-digesting carb by nature.
