bloating and Arimidex
I'm currently running 3000kcals about 90% clean and added 12 lbs in 2 weeks , so , bloated like hell. my bf is aroud 4% 2 weeks into the offseason mode.
my water intake is 1 - 1.5 gallon,
carbs are rice , pasta, broccolis, sweet potatoes
protein are chicken breasts, lean red meat, eggwhites, fish
Hey there, I would like to know at what level adex can prevent bloating in practice, (.25mg or .5mg eod or .25mg ed ) . I'm using furosemide 40mg e5d to control blood pressure due to water retention. What 's best for getting rid the excessive water retention? thanks

Adex is some good/strong ****, I would start with .25 EOD and go from there, if you see that you need to up it you can go ahead and do that, but there is no such thing as a fixed dosage for everyone.
It is normal that your joints might be in pain while on adex.

I didn't notice anything else but the pain in my elbows once I got on adex!!
I am not saying there is nothing else, I am just stating what I noticed and I have a couple of other guys at the gym who said the same thing!
I used to take glucosamine to help with the joints pain.

I thought you meant side effects!
Well, you will notice that too but you have to keep in mind that no drug is magic on it's own! you have to eat clean and WATCH your sodium intake and u gotta love the cardio!
