Humans drinking processed cows milk, any opinions on it? Does anyone find it indirectly counter productive with health of the human body? Like yes, there will be a lot of guys lol'ing and ranting on how the calcium and protien in it is good for you but what happened to the basic tuna, rice and veggies for bulk and protein?

Humans pretty rapidly evolved the ability to maintain production of lactase (and therefore the ability to digest milk) beyond childhood within the last few thousand years. Why? Because milk kicks ass.
