CYQ Personal Trainer ( UK )

Hi,

I've got an interview for a year long course next week, i was think if any other PT's in the Uk have this qualification and would it be the best option to do to be become a Personal trainer.

During the Interview i'll have to do a ten mintue presentation on the qualities needed to be a success in fitness instructing.

Which will last around 3 hours overall, so any advice ?

I can't really understand what you're asking but the best advice I give to personal trainers just getting started is always to focus on the feedback which your client gives you.

Everything you do with your client, from talking to them to training them through exercises the client gives you some sort of feedback which you use to make a perfect exercise program for them.

A lot of this feedback is non-verbal such as body language and facial expressions. If you know your client like the back of your hand and you follow the basic principles of training you should be a successful personal trainer.
