Some saturated fat is always ideal in a healthy diet.
My total amount of saturated fat during a bulk and cut: 15-20g. Sources come from lean meats, eggs, other incidental sources, etc.

I am not sure exactly. I eat at least 4 big steaks a week. and usually a couple lbs of laures lean ground hamburger.
