I don't get it - the maths doesn't add up to me...
2 EGGS = 32 grams of protein
steak 35 grams protein - ish
1 chicken breast - 26 grams of protein
After that - suppelement 23 grams of protein..
that's no more than 100 grams of protein -
how can you get an extra 60 grams of protein ???
so as i see it the ideal 1 gram per pound of body weight is too hard to eat - unless you're really rich and can afford 4 steaks every day - please explain!
