good luck bro :/ it's possible
I got into a car accident and both my knees have a torn meniscus and just healed from ACL and MCL sprains on both knees. lol. Still didn't get surgery probably won't and I just started working out my legs again. Surprised that I'm getting sore from doing 135 ATG squats. hopefully I can build back up again.Doggcrapp.

yeah like 2 x a week might be too much, you can probably go every 5 days if you want to work around it that badly, 3 times every 2 works or so, just keep squatting and you'll get up there, there's nothing better that will help you magically increase your squat but squatting, and remember to really use your hip flexors and glutes.
I bodybuild, I don't powerlift, as far as how much I can lift goes it doesn't matter to me, it's how much I grow.

To give you a serious answer, try the Coan/Phillipi deadlift routine. Hold on, I'll link it up since I'm a really nice guy.

Thar she blows. It only takes one day a week so you are left the other six days to do your other routine.*MFC Illuminati*
