best pre-workout supp for evening lifter
hi ppl
I was going to grab a tub of superpump250 but saw its fairly high in caffein and not recommended if you go to bed within 4 hours which I do as i workout in the evening so i pretty much had to drop that idea..
What is the best alternative?
I have tried isatori morph before (will probably buy again) and did enjoy the pumps and gains but dont remember it giving much of a pre workout energy spike which is what i would like, but not something that is going to last for hours as i sleep within 2hrs of finishing weights.

I would likely avoid caffeinated supps as well considering the time you are taking them. I would go with something containing Beta Alanine like Phenom.

I take my SP250 at 8PM and usually go to bed at 11PM. I haven't had any troubles getting to sleep yet but if you are really sensitive to stims then it would definitely be a no go.

I would recommend going with the Animal Pump by Universal. Universal is a great company and I love the Animal Pump. It says that it has caffeine in it but all you have to do is throw away the red pill (or save it for a groggy morning) and you will still get an excellent pump! Give it a shot.

Try NOSynthesize from VPX...all the goodness of Shotgun but without the energy complex, and as mentioned above, your maximum "required" Beta Alanine.

I workout late and take Nano Vapor, and honestly, the caffiene makes you workout harder and you crash after, and I think it helps me sleep better and deeper. That's just me though, some people are very sensitive to stimulants, and just a small cup of coffee in the morning can cause insomnia in them.

hmmm
its awkward because weekdays i dont want caffein but on weekends i would be happy to have it...
MAYBE i can try superpump half dosage through the week see how I handle it..
