Accurate Calorie Calculator

Does anyone know of an online calorie calculator that is accurate and has worked to help them lose weight? I weigh 198lbs and I am trying to cut and I eat about 1800 calories a day but I am stuck. How many calories should I eat if I am lifting for about 45 mins there times a week and jogging/walking for 30 mins a day three times a week (work out 6 days a week). Anyone know, or at least can point me in the right direction?

Set yourself up with Fit Day (fitday.com). Just the free online version. You can track calories relatively accurately and you can log all your exercises. It will also tell you your maintenance as well. Just food for thought, Fit Day tends to overestimate your maintenance according to posters here, so maybe subtract a few hundred from the maintenance level fit day gives you. Then take around 500 calories off per day and you will lose a pound a week. It is all relatively simple and you are going to have to experiment and see what your true maintenance is by trial and error.

Wave Length's fat loss for noobs is a great place to look.

The only way to get an accurate measurement is to have testing done. VO2 is the most common and available at almost all gyms
