I always eat the entire apple. I heard that alot of the nutrients in the core, despite apple seeds being slightly toxic. I have never had any problems eating the entire apple. I actually like it to be honest. But every time I tell somebody that the core is good for you, they always refute it. Am I wrong? Is there any upside to eating the core, or am I just lying to people haha? thanks guys

right, but you would have to eat a serious amount of seeds for that to really hurt you. aside from that those, core.....yay or nay

I eat the whole apple as well. If I don't I feel like I'm being wasteful. It's no biggie imo, I'm still kickin'.

oy! not the question brotha. I do like it, health wise, as in any nutrients in particular found in the core. is there more pros then cons to eating the core. just want to know so I can use it argumentively

I always eat the whole thing, throw them on my scale and then eat away (except for the seeds) Can't stand waste, and it tastes like the rest of the apple
