Hi
I have the last 6 Kg to lose, and I am thinking of giving intermittent fasting a shot. Some questions
1) My daily calorie intake to lose 0.7 Kg a week is 1800 calories. Do I take in the same amount of calories when doing intermittent fasting ?
2) This is what I have gathered from reading articles on the net
-Eat Last meal at 10:30 PM
Do not eat first meal, the next day before 2:30 PM
High Carb days-383 Grams Carbs, 164 Grams Protein, 57 Gram Fat
Low Carb Days-66 Grams Cabrs, 164 Grams Protien, 88 Grams Fat
Monday-High Calorie and Carb(Workout)
Tuesday-Low Calorie and Carb(Workout)
Wednesday-Low Calorie and Carb(Workout)
Thursday-low Calorie and Carb(Workout)
Friday-High Calorie and Carb(Workout)
Saturday-Low Calorie and Carb(rest)
Sunday-Low Calorie and Carb(rest)

IF is just a meal timing schedule, same calories/macros as normal, just different 'window' for intake.
