    I ****ing hate being an ectomorph

    It's ****ing retarded, I haven't worked out in like 2 weeks (real working out, I've been throwing weights around and whatnot) and I've already lost 3 pounds and losing definition. WTF. My diet is amazing too, 3-4k calories, eat EVERY 3 hours, Anabolic diet, 250g fat, 200g protein, 15-30g carbs (all clean vegetables). ****.

    Trade me body types someone ;D

    no excuses, lift/eat consistently.

    being an endo can be just as bad, you can always work around ****types though, dont blame being an ecto especially when you went 2 weeks without lifting.

    I'm the same way, if I don't workout for a week due to being sick or something, I lose mass and strenght..but I mean if you hit the gym hard after about a week your gains are pretty much back.

    Just don't stop working out for 2 weeks, unless your really sick or something.

    Lol yeah man I know, but my friend hasn't worked out in 3 years, graduated from high school, comes with me to the gym and still benches 225. He left benching 285. Honestly.

    I've just been super lazy lately, not quite sure why. Starting back full swing today (bout to leave and hit up some SQUATS,) even if I have to use drugs to get into it. LOL!

    Well stop being lazy. And I mean he used to bench 285 and dropped down to 225...thats a lot of weight he dropped...so I don't see how thats a good thing for him??

    Over complicating? I got the diet thing down, I gained 14 pounds in February. Then in March I got lazy cuz I saw results so fast. :/ Meh.

    ~2 years, but i didnt know what i was doing for the first year and a half.

    idk, ive never followed any set diet and ive rarely tracked cals/protein. i just eat...

    Getting big is simple as **** in most aspects, unless you are one of those people who overcomplicates and overthinks things (me).

    Seeing as your an ecto and pretty lean, all you have to focus on is high calories and sufficient protein. If your not gaining, simply add more calories through protein until you are. The gains will come, you just gotta keep shoveling more and more food in until they do. And consistency is key of course.

    I wish I was an ecto. I'm meso-endo and I'm gaining on 3200-3400 calories a day. I wish I could eat a lot more but I can't or I'll gain too fast. I'm bulking and still always hungry.

    Ditch the anabolic diet if you are bulking. It's meant for cutting. Even Palumbo and people who follow him don't use it to gain. Carbs are necessary when bulking.

    Just out of interest, how much mass/strength are you likely to lose over 4 months as an ecto? I'm going away over summer so won't be able to go to the gym at all for that time .

    Depends how much you started off as, but hell of alot really, especially not eating well.
