Question Help with Jack3d (USP Reps)

So far I love everthing about this product. My only concerns are I tried taking it around 2 pm because I workout around 7pm. Ive noticed my sleep quality is terrible. Somtimes I fall asleep and wake up 2 hours later thinking its 3 or 4 in the morning and its only 12. I feel like my body is sleeping but my mind is still awake. Its definitely a weird feeling. Ive tried to adjust the scoops by 1 or 1.5 and 2 but my quality of sleep is defintely change. Never had a problem sleeping before. I love the focus, energy, and pump but at what price. Could use some advice. Thanks.

    Hello Mission,

Unfortunate, there are only two options available to you regarding avoiding sleep disturbances. The first is to adjust your dose-timing to an earlier point in the day; say, 12PM. The effects will certainly be more mitigated than at 2PM, but, nonetheless, present for your workout!

The second option would be to start dosing from .5 scoops, and working your way upward until you encounter the proper dose for sleep!
