I saw that programme, didnt like it. Funny thing is it was about the Stongest people in the world and it featured a bodybuilder, and not even a super strong Ronnie Coleman, or Branch Warren type. I also hate the way they talk bull**** like ooo hes lifting 10 stone. I warm up with 10 stone or more on many exericses. I hate the way people who know nothing about lifting weights talk about it.
No disrespcet to him though he looks awsome.

Flex started with powerlifting though, so he is very strong indeed. I think even in that video he is standing military pressing 225 for easy reps...
But yeah i do agree, they could of at least got an archetypal strong bodybuilder like JOJ etc...
They also had Benedikt Magnusson at the end of that program with his wife, man hes a monster..

He's military pressing 135, they're bumper plates
and his part was just a segment about superhuman bodies, not strength

Yeah they basically picked him because he looks strong. None of the makers of these films know anything about strength or bodybuilding. They asume someone who is ripped is huge, and therefore strong, silly misconceptions like that annoy me.
