    That's about how I looked when I started.

    When I first started I had no diet, and my routine was as simple as an arms/legs rotation.

    I'd suggest you concentrate on the cardio and diet a lot if you're wanting to shed the fat.

    and after that do u know how hard its gonna be for him to cut all of that.....just train now do not bulk and get a cardio/diet routine since your 14 puberty will help out alot.

    trust me I regret not cutting properly the 1st year of lifting... I gained like 15 lb... I just lost that weight now... I still got a long way to go

    just worry about getting in overall shape dude. some good fruits, veggies, lots of water, good whole carbs, lean protein, stay active and give it a couple months. Switch that lifestyle up and then look into bodybuilding more seriously. cheers man!

    if you dip below 150, you will get picked on... I think you should bulk 5 lb for evey 10 lb lost until 160 then bulk after
