If I could rep you for being the first person I've seen who posts relevant nutritional information on the misc I would. This man is correct. Also, the majority of the Fiber,Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Potassium and Magnesium are removed when the inner husk (the shell surrounding rice) is removed. As a side note, the reason GI levels are higher in white rice is because it is polished with glucose.
