Squat: 185x1/195x1 (both are PR's)
GHR: 25x10x3
Russian Twist: 30x15x3
Seated Calf: 90x20/90x15x2
Notes: Bar was forward slightly on 185, a lot on 195 and called it a day. Need to continue to work on driving the head back as the initiation of exploding out of the hole and PR's will continue to fall.
Get some rest, your real work starts next week.

I don't really know a little surprised myself, was vary happy when I hit a PR on a lower number, guess I was just hoping to hit 200lb.Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter.
