After Glow - Post Workout Supplement

Has anyone tried using After Glow yet? It is a product made by Bio Rhythm. It contains protein, fast acting carbs, creatine, BCAA's, phosphatidylserine (cortisol blocker), etc.

I'm looking to get some feedback for this product before I try it.

    Thanks!

Do you know anywhere it can be purchased online?

The only place I know selling it is GNC. $69 for the small tub and $99 for the large tub.

I think this is similar to Dark Matter

yeah I use it, its a great supp IMO. More people need to try it. It's only sold certain places which is why it doesn't get more attention. I get the large tub for $37 only because I get hooked up.

I've been using the watermelon Afterglow for about 6 months now. It's a top notch recovery supplement imo. Just look at the amount of phosphatidylserine that's in the product....800mg!! That alone justifies the price of the product. The bazooka flavor is good and the watermelon is unbelieveable. I get hooked up at $48 for mine.

Only Franchise GNC's carry it, no corporate stores that I have seen have had it. Don't know about Vitamin shoppe. PS content alone at 800 mg. is a good selling point all by itself. keep with it

Blunts a rise in cortisol following your workout.

I will say from the single serving sample I got it was the best tasting supplement I've ever had (watermelon). Profile is on point but too pricey for my pockets.

I don't think it should be used indefinitely without a break due to the PS. But for 4lbs (32 servings) at $68 it might be worth a shot. I have to agree that it does taste amazing

I see a 2.12 lb tub for 69.95 on the site and a 4.23 lb tub for 125.95 at 32 servings way too expensive for a college student like myself.

Yeah the 4lb tub is sold elsewhere for only $68. They are anal about online sales and really don't want them taking place for whatever reason.

    The Best

In my personal opinion AfterGlow is the best post workout that money can buy. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
