Would anyone recommend taking one scoop of a Whey protein and one scoop of a casein protein for a post workout shake? I currently have 100% Gold Standard Whey and Casein by ON.
Take the Casein before bed and take the whey pre-work out and evening snack. Any advice on this situation would be greatly helpful.

I take Xtend during the workout which eliminates the need for a PWO shake. I just eat a whole food meal 30 - 45 mins PWO

YES...you want a shake mostly consisting of whey, but some casein is also beneficial to take post workout. 1.5to2 scoops of whey and .5 scoop of casein would be a decent idea. The extended release effect can help even post workout. But yeah, for sure stick to using it at night as well.

i use one scoop whey and one scoop casein. There was an article in M&F that recommended said combo.
