    Lean Pasta

Just wanted to throw this meal out to anyone who is craving pasta but is concerned about the calories.

I bought the Ezekiel Penne noodles and cooked them up, then I added some extra lean ground beef along with taco spice, and spicy Ms. Dash. I must say one of the best meals I've had in awhile.
    Try it out.

If it has less, one would have to eat more to get full.

It's a little less actually and you don't have the same insulin spikes.
I actually prefer the taste to be honest, which is why I got it in the first place.

    1) Take more supplements. GNCs stock is down and needs your support
    2) Don't worry about the insulin spike. It's irrevelant.

Meh, calories don't necessarily relate to satiety.

Depends. I can get full on watery stuff but only for a very short period of time. After about an hour, all that matters for my satiety is how much I really ate. I think there are studies that prove your point, but I'm not sure those studies have actually shown that a diet would be made easier to stick to with less dense foods.
