    Question Intermediate split (4 day)

    Hi guys,

    I would like to hear some of your 4 day splits. Looking to switch things up soon as I was currently doing a 3 day split. What would you guys recommend? And why would you recommend it?

    I always like WSFSB III because it's more 'athletic' but also good for size / strength.

    Also many of the 531 templates; because they can be used for a long time and tailored to different goals.

    I would also check out Candito's linear program as he has several different variations based on your specific goal (hypertrophy, power, etc.).
