DID a new Curl excercise today!

As I had mentioned last week, I actually trained with someone. And got some new tips and excercises.

HEre is one that is very interesting and has been ripping my Bi - ceps up.

They are called humblers, becasue the Weight ya use is a lot lower then you would think for a curl excercise.

While sitting down at end of flat bench, you grab a 35 DB in each hand and in one hand(doesnt matter which one) you hold the 35 pound at mid lift. and with the other arm you do 10 reps. then when done ya switch.

The arm that just completed the reps then holds the 35 in Mid lift, and the other arm does its 10 reps. Do 4 sets of this and call me in the morning. While the one arm is in Mid lift that whole time ya Squeeze and Flex the **** out of it.

Anyways, Give it a try, serious Pump out of it, and I am actually sore again!

Somebody (forget who) made a big deal out of those because he learned how to do them from P90X.

p90x? Anyways, I really love em, they really worked me today, and 2 other peeps watching me remarked on my pump and the did them. They did them with 20 pounds and had a hard time with em.

The whole Holding weight in mid lift really works em for some reason.

I actually am going to throw that into my Leg extension (sp?) excercise tommorow. holding wieght at 10% below straight legged while pumping the other.
