    Whats my body percent?

    I just finished a short bulk and want to know what my body percent is ? i weigh 160

    id guess around 13 or so, they should have a thing that tells you what your bf% is at your gym. looks kinda like a gameboy with silver handles and big screen

    should i keep on bulking, and get the same weight gainer i was on, and keep a clean diet so i dont gain any bodyfat?

    or you could continue bulking and still use sizeon. a creatine supp wouldnt hurt. but its only a supp, its not gunna make you huge.

    Probably 9 - 11%... your bodyfat is low but so is your muscle mass, so I think people are estimating a little on the high end. When you put on a little more mass I think it'll become apparent your bodyfat is lower.

    I think you're fine. I'd recommend not getting as caught up as some people do in the craze of supplementing everything they possibly can.. the food you eat, work you do, and sleep you get are 97% of the determining factors. A little extra protein and a joint supplement can do you wonders, and creatine can help depending on how you respond to it.

    I never cared for pre-workout supplements. The only one I ever liked was RPM, the problem is that as you build tolerance it gets meh. As for weight gainers..

    Get PB, get oats, protein powder, milk, and anything else you'd like to add for flavor. (fruit, chocolate syrup, ice cream, cream, w/e) blend according to taste and voila.. home made weight gainer shake.
