    Losing body fat while maintaining muscle mass

    PLease help Im trying to trim down bodyfat without sacrificing muscle. I have been lifting for a year and a half and have increased my bench over 125 ibs and have gone from curlimg 40's to 65's and doing weighted pullups. I wanna get shredded without losing muscle . Can this be done? Please help

    High protein, low fat, low carbs/sugars + high intensity cardio. You'll loose a bit of muscle and size, but the high protein should help you preserve it.

    Creatine?

    What about taking a creatine supplement to keep size during cutting?
