1 year progress: 137lbs- 202lbs
Hey. So this is my year progress. I stepped foot in a gym just about a year ago. When I stepped in I was 137lbs. The before pictures I posted are from about 2 months into going to the gym, where I weighed 145lbs.
The after pictures are after a small cut I ran. Which dropped me from 210ish to 200-202ish.
I have currently just started bulking back up. And will probably bulk untill at least the end of the year. Where I hope to reach roughly 225lbs or so. Maybe more if possible.
Tri's and chest and calves are my main weakpoints right now. I'm working on all 3 and making good progress on all of those.
Arms before were 10 inches haha
Arms now are about 16.5 inches or so
BEFORE:
Remember I started at 137lbs BUT these pictures are 2 months into the gym when I was 145lbs:

After pictures:
Remember this is after a small cut, so I'm sitting at roughly 202ish in these pics, after having cut down from 210ish.

diet is:
pretty straight forward... eat as much as possible:
-eat every 2 hours
-roughly 7-10 meals a day depending how early i wake up/go to bed
-3 protein shakes a day that go WITH meals not that count as meals
-get roughly 300-350 grams of protein a day
-eat fairly healthy, whole meals
-eat oatmeal roughly twice a day, sometimes as much as 4 times a day, at 2-3 cups each time
thats pretty much it, used to eat alot of peanut butter, since ive stuck with more oatmeal as it seems to help me grow

lol haha funniest comment by far... i never comment on "natural or not" questions... everyone can form there own opinion, and thats that.
fact of the matter is i can easily say im natural but does it matter? people will think what they think either way so i let everyone form their own opinion

umm typical day could be something like:
-7 am: 2 eggs scrambled, 4 slices whole wheat toast, 1 protein shake
-9 am: straight to a non breakfast meal lol, maybe a decent amount of tortelini with chicken, milk as a drink for the nutritional value.
-11- 11:30: any sort of whole meal i have laying around: some sort of meat, vegetables and potatoes usually, milk again, or water
-1:00: 3 cups oatmeal, protein shake, maybe something else small
-3:00-3:30: another whole meal similar to 9 am or 11 am meals
5:00 whatevers for dinner
7:00- this is post workout (usually go to the gym at 6:00ish), so i have my shake, 3 cups oatmeal, maybe a banana or two
9:00- another whole meal. small serving of pasta and chicken or something
11:00- something small, a bit of oatmeal and a protein shake before bed is fine
*** this is ideal for me... of course some days i miss a meal or two due to whats going on in my day... my main goal in a day is to never feel hungry... dont let people tell u lies haha:P its soo much easier eating less than more... well for me at least lol****

lol ive literally worked out like 5 minutes after a meal... haha i wouldnt recommend it haha
on leg day doing that is BRUTALLLL... haha
usually 1 hour or so is fine... i have to workout pretty quick after a meal or my 1 - 1 1/2 hour workouts would get to much in the way of my next meal
