Bodybuilding Scars And Bumps

Did any of you ever notice that bodybuilders have some unique scars that you never saw before? Like ones similar to the scar that Markus Ruhl has in this pic? I've seen this scar on some guy's chests and backs.
Also, these are not scars but what about the small bumps on guy's legs or abs?
